RETURN POLICY
While we're sure you'll be happy with your purchase, we understand that you may have second thoughts at times. To make a refund or exchange, please follow the instructions below.
RETURN
You have the right to withdraw from the contract or return the products within 14 days of receipt of the products, without the need to provide explanations. Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment the order is received by you or your designated recipient. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.The easiest way to use the right of withdrawal is to return the product according to the instructions below. If you are unable to return products before the 14 day period has expired, you must notify us of your intention to cancel, again within the 14 day period.

You will have to bear the shipping costs.
We recommend that you use a tracked mail system and keep proof of postage, and we also suggest that you insure the products at their full value. If we have to pay additional shipping costs on your package, we may deduct the amount of those charges from any refunds sent to you. Your package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit. In any case, you must return the products to us in their original condition within 14 days from the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order or if you have not notified us that you wish to cancel your order, within 14 days of receipt of the products.
All returned products must be in their original condition, including papers, user manual, service papers and box, if applicable. If not, we may not be able to accept them or make a deduction from your refund for the loss in value.
If you return products with missing or damaged documents, we will make a reasonable deduction for the refund not exceeding 25% of the purchase price. As long as the products you send to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the package or proof that the order has been returned.
