WHAT WE DID

Milano Straps, which has always been sensitive to the issue of sustainability and the ways in which a luxury product must be produced and distributed, has decided, in its small way, to contribute to increasing an Eco-Luxury Positive economy.

Recently launched the MSLabStraps line, a new series of NATO fabric straps ecological made by recycling post-consumer plastic bottles collected in Northern Italy.

With a recycled plastic bottle, two NATO straps are made MSLabStraps.

Through a mechanical, non-chemical and 100% Made in Italy certified recycling process along its entire fully traceable supply chain, the plastic in the bottles is shredded and transformed into high quality and performance recycled polyester yarns for textile uses.

The production of 1 kg of Newlife®, with the same quantity of virgin polymer, allows a reduction in energy consumption by 60%, CO2 emissions by 32% and water by 94%
